This app does not collect any personal data. All calculations happen entirely on your device, and the information you enter and the charts you save never leave your device or reach the developer. If you turn on cloud save, that content is saved only to your own Google Drive (section 3).

1. At a glance

• Personal data collected: None. The developer does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.
• Where processing happens: On your device. Only if you turn on cloud save is data sent to the app-only folder of your own Google Drive (never through a developer server).
• Internet connection: Not used for calculation. The app connects only for store payment and pass verification, for cloud save if you turn it on, and to open links you tap (section 5).
• Third-party sharing: None. Cloud save stores data in your own Google account.
• Ads / analytics: None. No advertising SDKs and no tracking or analytics tools are included.
• Payments: Not handled by the developer. The Lifetime pass is processed by the store (Google Play or Microsoft Store).
• Children: Not directed to children (section 8).

2. Information the app handles and how it is stored

Z60 Tertius Interveniens is a Korean Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny, BaZi) calculation tool. When you enter your birth date and time, sex and place of birth, and a name if you wish, the app computes the natal chart and luck cycles. The values you enter, the charts and family groups you save, calendar memos and display settings (language, theme, etc.) are stored in your device's local storage. If you turn on cloud save, see section 3.

• This information is never transmitted to the developer. The developer operates no server that receives data.
• All computation runs in code on the device; core features work without a network connection.
• Saved charts are removed when you delete them in the app or uninstall the app.
• Android device backup: if Google backup is turned on in your device settings, Android includes the app's saved data (charts, family groups, memos) in your own Google account's device backup and in transfers to a new device. This backup is handled by Android and Google, and the developer cannot see it. You can turn backup off in your device settings.

3. Cloud save (optional)

From version 1.33.0, with the Lifetime pass, the Windows and Android apps can, only if you turn it on, save your saved charts, family groups and calendar memos as a single file (z60_myeong.json) to your own Google Drive and load it on another device.

• Where it is stored: the app-only data folder in Google Drive, which is hidden from you and other apps. The file travels only between your device and that account, never through a developer server, and the developer cannot see it.
• Permissions requested: only the app-only data folder scope (drive.appdata) from Google. The app cannot read or change your other files and does not receive your account's email or profile.
• Sign-in: you sign in on Google's own sign-in screen (the system browser on Windows, Google Play services on Android); the app never receives your password. The tokens it receives, so you do not have to sign in again, are locked with the device's secure storage (Windows DPAPI, Android Keystore) and kept only on the device.
• File format: a JSON file that the app does not encrypt separately; the security of your account and Google's privacy policy apply.
• Turning it off and deleting: "Disconnect" in the app removes the tokens kept on the device. To delete the file in the cloud, delete this app's hidden data under "Manage apps" in Google Drive settings. You can revoke the app's access at any time in the security settings (connected apps) of your Google account.
• The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. AI reading feature and the clipboard

The app's "AI reading" feature only copies a block of code to your clipboard. The app does not send this code to any AI service. If you choose to paste it into an external AI service yourself, that service's own privacy policy applies. The developer is not involved in that step and has no visibility into it.

The code also contains text asking the AI how to write the reading and how to answer follow-up questions. That text is simply part of the code copied to your clipboard; the app exchanges nothing with any AI service directly.

5. Permissions and internet connection

The app requests no sensitive permissions (contacts, location, photos, microphone, camera, etc.). Beyond internet access and the standard permissions added by the Google Play Billing and Play services libraries, the Android app requests no permissions. The internet connection is used only in the following cases.

• Store payment and pass verification: price lookup, purchase and purchase-history checks for the Lifetime pass are handled by Google Play Billing and Microsoft Store.
• Cloud save: data is exchanged with your own Google Drive only if you turn it on (section 3).
• Links: links you tap in the app (such as this policy) open in the device's default browser.

Fonts, lunar calendar tables and other material needed for calculation and display are built into the app, so it connects to no external server in any other case.

6. Payments

The Lifetime pass is sold through Google Play in-app billing (Android) and Microsoft Store (Windows). Payment details such as card numbers are handled by each store; the developer does not collect or store them. Purchases and refunds follow the policies and procedures of that store.

7. Data retention and deletion

The data stays on your device, plus one file in your own account if you turn on cloud save; either way, deletion is entirely under your control: delete saved charts in the app, clear the app's data in system settings, or uninstall the app to remove all related data on the device, and delete the cloud file as described in section 3. Data included in an Android device backup can be managed and deleted in your Google account's backup settings (section 2).

8. Children

This app is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children — it does not collect personal data from anyone.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this document will be updated and the "Last updated" date above revised. Material changes will be announced through the app or the store listing.
